try it free before you buy. No credit
card is required. With a trial
account, you can host as many meeting sessions
as you wish. However, each meeting session you
host is subject to a 20-minute timeout.
3. Change or Cancel
Subscriptions
You can change or cancel your subscription at
any time just by using the Account Management
form in the system.
Before you start a large meeting, you increase
the license. After the large meeting ends,
update your plan and reduce the number of
participants in your plan so that GoMeetNow can
give you credit, which can be used to pay for
the subscription fees in the coming months. If
you have several large meetings within the same
day, reduce the license only at the end of the
last meeting.
For the one-day increased capacity, you are
charged only 1/30 of the increased monthly fees.
For example, you host 100-participant meetings
as many as you can during a day and then reduce
it to the normal capacity you choose. It costs
you only $3.70 (i.e., $110.95 * 1/30) for
100-participant large meetings for a day, which includes
high-quality landline and HD VoIP audio conferencing.
Note that the credit on your account is not
refundable when you cancel the service. The
credit remains available for you to pay for
subscription whenever you resume the service
later. You can always access your account after
you cancel the service.
